Kantech Corp. has not formally announce the release of the new product line to replace the discontinued WLS series of products. There are indications that a new receiver/transmitter platform will be release late in the 4th quarter of 2025. We would not expect these to become available till the spring of 2026 . What is known is that that the transmitter (portables)  will not be compatible between platforms. Any new purchase of the newer type of transmitter(fob) will require a replacement of the receiver unit and antennae.  We don't anticipate an easy roll out as support and the on-site replacement...

We have received notice from several manufacturers ie. Paradox, Kantech, Johnson Controls, Tyco and others that effective June 15/2025 a series of price increases will take place.

Our bulk mailing last week in respect to Kantech announcement of their immediate cancelation of their wireless product line has been sent to our client base via news letters.

Tariffs news, yes the cost of cards, credentials and hardware is imminently set to increase. We have brought in inventory to help buffer these anticipated price hikes.
