Ordering & products

How do I find the right card, fob, or reader?

Search by part number when you have it (for example KT-400PCB or P40KEY). If you are unsure about compatibility, email info@ashtonsecurity.com or use our contact form with your current system brand and model.

Why do some products say Contact for quote?

Some items are priced by quote (for example higher-ticket controllers or specialty lines). Use Contact for quote and we will follow up with pricing and availability.

Do you ship to both Canada and the United States?

Yes. We ship across Canada and the US. See our shipping policy for timing and cut-off details.

Can I place bulk or dealer orders?

Yes. For volume pricing or repeat integrator needs, contact us with the part numbers and quantities. We will confirm pricing and lead times.

Compatibility & programming

Will this credential work with my reader?

Compatibility depends on technology (for example proximity format, ioProx, iCLASS, MIFARE). Check the product description first. If you still need help, send us your reader model and we will recommend the correct credential.

Do you provide programming or system design services?

We supply hardware and product guidance. On-site programming and full system design are typically handled by your integrator. We can help you identify the correct parts for the job.

Returns & policies

What is your return policy?

Please review our returns policy before ordering. Some credentials and electronic items have restocking conditions. Details are on our policy pages linked in the site footer.

A product shows as Sold Out. Can you get more?

Inventory changes often. Contact us with the part number and we will check restock options or suggest a current replacement.
